Cancellation Policy
Your booking is valid until 5 minutes before the training starts. If you haven’t shown up by then, we consider this a "no-show". In such case you are not entitled to participation, a restitution or refund. In case you booked a training with us via our Website, cancellation fees are as follows: 1. Cancellation is possible up to 31 days prior to the start thereof, unless stated otherwise. In such case, you are entitled to a full refund (unless stated otherwise). 2. For cancellations made 15 or more calendar days (but fewer than 31 calendar days) before the scheduled (start) date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total costs will apply. 3. For cancellations made 8 or more calendar days (but fewer than 15 calendar days) before the scheduled (start) date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total costs will apply. 4. For cancellations made 7 or fewer calendar days before the scheduled (start) date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total costs will apply.
