What we collect
For prospects: the details you submit in a contact or demo request. For learners on the platform: account details, language preference, and progress and completion data for the trainings you take.
Why we use it
To set up and run your learning environment, show progress to you and your employer, issue certificates, and provide support. Employers see progress and completion, not private content.
Hosting & sharing
Learning data is hosted in the EU. We share data only with processors that help run the platform (hosting, email, video), under data-processing agreements. We never sell your data.
Retention
We keep learning records for as long as your organisation uses the platform, and remove them on request or when the contract ends, subject to legal retention rules.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to processing. Email privacy@ace-masterclasses.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
